Muted Sage Taishō Kimono (1912–1926)

An antique kimono in muted sage, adorned with an elegant Japanese camellia motif. The interior is lined in red, softly contrasted by sage at the cuffs and hem. Relatively lightweight, it is easy to wear while maintaining a refined presence.

Rare and well-preserved, this kimono is highly prized by collectors for its timeless elegance and Taishō-era craftsmanship. Kimonos from this period feature longer dangling sleeves than modern designs, and their motifs reflect the distinctive aesthetics of the Taishō era. These details make it instantly recognizable as an antique piece, highly valued in Japan, where such well-preserved rarities often command higher prices than typical vintage kimono.
